Whether you are fit, unfit, big, small, beginner, or advanced come join this hour-long full body workout!  You will be pushed beyond your comfort zone - but at your fitness level!  Workouts may include:  medicine ball training, body weight training, short sprints, speed and agility courses, team events, db training, jump rope sport, Yoga, stairs, and more!  Challenging but rejuvenating!

Yorba Linda    Thomas Lasorda Jr Field House    8-9 am

Long Beach    El Dorado Park    10-11 am (call for specific location within park)

Bring 5 lb dumbbells, a mat, water, and a friend!  Good traction on your shoes is required!  $15 per person
